DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION (D.A) OR COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE (C.D.C)

• Lodging of D.A  to council and negotiate the processes of gaining formal design approval.

• Lodging of C.D.C to a private certifier and negotiate the processes of gaining formal design approval.

• Preparation and co-ordination of all the complex documentation, studies, analyses and liaising with consultants and council assessors.

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE (CC)

• Detailed structural engineers design and other consultants input. 

• Satisfying specific conditions council has outlined in their written DA consent.

• The construction certificate represents a basic set of drawings that can be legally constructed.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION (CD)

• Includes many additional drawings to the CC

• These items are often critical to the delivery as it ensures the building is well resolved prior to construction.

Set of plans may include

1-Construction Detail such as Stairs. 2-Electrical Plans. 3-Bathrooms. 4-Wet areas. 5-Elevation. 6-Kitchens. 7-Kitchen detail. 8-Plumbing. 9-Special features such as Pools, Retainer walls etc.
